I have a daughter who since birth have difficulties calming down and going to sleep at night.
I have now tried the Young Living Essential Oil blend Peace and Calming, and I diluted a few drops of the blend in oil and massaged my daughters feet and diffused Peace and Calming in the room. It’s a nice way to wind down in the evening and seems to calm down everyone in the room, that you diffuse the essential oil blend in. It helped her to unwind quicker than usual.
