07.16.2015 Sleep Improvement

Before my “sleep matrix” was removed by Alexandriah Stahr a while back, I had nights that kept me awake between 2 and 5 a.m. (even 6 sometimes). What caused me to be awake at that time? If my daughter would wake me up, I would have trouble going back to sleep, but it could also be for no apparent reason. I would wake up, and not be able to go back to sleep. If I had to go to the bathroom or not. This is not a problem when working the night shift, but you cannot work every single night, and this kept me feeling tired in the daytime. I feel more rested and vital in the daytime now. I don’t have the problem of being awake for several hours in the night anymore, and the sleep itself seems to be of a better quality, since I am feeling more recharged, when I wake up in the morning. It is nice to get enough sleep, and also to go to sleep with ease, especially when the clearing I receive from being in the Star Team happens when you sleep. Poor sleep over time can really torment your health and overall function in daily life.
